negligence (intentional or otherwise), giving rise to such claim. Some

Electrovaya shall not be liable for any claims made by a third party or made by

you for a third party. This Limited Warranty is not transferable. No suit or action

shall be brought against Electrovaya more than one year after the accrual of the

cause of action. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you

may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
